**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative operations, including overseeing front desk activities and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and supervise clerical staff to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Utilize Google Suite and other software tools to manage schedules, communications, and office tasks effectively.
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and managing appointment scheduling.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in training new administrative staff on office protocols and software usage.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar clerical role within a medical or dental office is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and management; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Pay: $35.20-$37.22 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
