**We’re Hiring**

We are currently looking to fill a **full-time** for a **Line Lead** in our **Production Department** at our **Leamington, Ontario** facility.

**What You'll Do**:

- Delegate work to 10-20 employees on the production lines including training, organizing and delegating employees to meet the required performance levels.
- Review daily production orders and ensuring packs are completed according to pack instructions and customer specifications.
- Oversee the production lines to ensure they are running efficiently; quickly troubleshooting issues to keep the lines moving.
- Ensure the lines are ready before commencing each order.
- Ensure the lines are properly cleaned after the completion of each order.
- Ensure employees are properly trained on all Nature Fresh procedures including workplace health and safety procedures, and that workers work safely at all times and use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or other safety equipment.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe from hazards at all times.
- Oversee the inventory of packaging materials and re-ordering as required.
- Accurately completing all related documentation and paperwork as required by management.
- Report operational issues or delays to the Production Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Report employee relation issues to the Production Supervisor so that the Production Supervisor can handle them in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

**What You Bring**:

- Reading, writing, oral communication and effective listening skills are essential job tools.
- Basic, efficient math skills required.
- Organization and attention to detail is essential.
- Previous experience with produce is an asset.
- Able to work well with mínimal supervision for most of the day.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
- Must display a respectful, and positive attitude.
- Committed to continuous learning as every day presents new information and exciting challenges.
- Must be available to work Monday-Saturday - hours will fluctuate according to the needs of the business.
- Spanish is an asset.

**What To Expect**:

- Fast paced warehouse environment where temperatures vary from cooler to temperature-controlled areas.
- Working with a wide array of people/cultures in a team setting.
- There may be an occasional need for some heavy lifting and bending, twisting, and reaching as needed.
- Balance between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the warehouse and coolers - some desk work.
- This is an active role; time will be spent in the office and walking within the Warehouse or other phases as required.
