Position Title - **Team Lead - AFTERNOONS**

Reports to Shift Supervisors and Production Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Team Lead is responsible for:

- Preparing the line, arriving 30 minutes prior to shift start to do so.
- Having and maintaining a strong understanding of production operations, quality standards, and customer specifications.
- Communicating, enforcing, and adhering to company policies while ensuring that the Production team completes packing requirements for each shift.
- Communicating between employees on the line and shift supervisors
- Ensuring that all paperwork is neat, sign-offs on all orders are complete, and all completed worksheets are handed in to the Production office.
- Training and coaching team members, providing constant feedback and motivation to keep the productivity levels high.

**Requirements**:
Team Leads must have:

- Communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Strong organization, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to continuously train and coach team members.

Previous produce experience an asset

**Other Duties**:

**Salary**: $18.29 per hour
