Requirements
1. Food wholesale/retail experience - 3years+
2. Familiar with Asian retail networks - Supermarkets and Grocery stores
3. The out-of-town customers' visit is required with own vehicle
4. Work independently with strong self-discipline
5. Eagar to learn and ambitious to achieve sale target
6. Excellent communication skills with all levels of people
7. Fluency in Mandarin & English and College graduated preferred
Role:
1. The individual will handle speaking to buyers in Chinese Supermarkets, Ethnic Stores, Restaurants and any account that may need our products
2. Check shelves and ensure all stores are fully stocked with our products
3. Communicate promotional items and new arrivals for the month
4. Service accounts by visiting stores and building a good relationship with buyers
5. Ensure all complaints are handled in a professional manner
6. List down, assess and control all items to be returned by the customer
7. Assist in the fulfillment of goods when necessary
8. Cover out of town accounts in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia based on a monthly schedule
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage all assigned accounts which include the entirety of the sales cycle (opening accounts, maintaining accounts, growing accounts, and collection)
2. Strive to build a good customer relationship and ensure that there are no miscommunications
3. Analyze accounts based on area and demographic to sell and provide the right items
4. Strive for growth in all product categories to increase the exposure of products and brands of New Almanic International Ltd.
5. Good communication with management, fellow co-workers and customers
6. Assist in any merchandising if needed
7. Relentless in opening new accounts and searching for new opportunities to increase product exposure
8. Perform ad hoc activities when needed (ex: Deliveries for certain customers)
9. Communicate any new promotional plans to the customers to ensure that they are aware of and increase participation in the promotion
10. Be professional, respectful and honest in any dealings with the company, co-workers and customers
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
