**Education**

**Experience/Skills**:

- In cybersecurity, experience in network security, penetration testing, incident response, and AI-driven security technologies is required. Familiarity with tools like firewalls, SIEM, and encryption protocols, as well as expertise in cloud security, zero-trust architecture, and risk frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001, is expected.
- For embedded systems, expertise in embedded software/hardware design, RTOS, and IoT security is critical. Practical experience in developing security protocols for resource-constrained environments, securing microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded Linux, and integrating cybersecurity into embedded systems is highly desirable. Industry experience with cyber-physical systems or securing critical infrastructure is a strong asset.
- Experience leading project teams on industry/applied research projects and integrating these into the curriculum is preferred. A strong network within industry and professional organizations will be an advantage.
