**Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations Management**
- Supervise and participate in all daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage the receiving, prioritize shipments, storage, preparation and shipping of orders.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy and optimize stock management.
- Implement procedures to improve the efficiency, safety and precision of warehouse operations.

**Leadership and Team Management**
- Supervise and manage a small team of warehouse employees.
- Hire new employees in the warehouse, if necessary.
- Plan work schedules and distribute tasks to maximize productivity.
- Supervise individual and collective performance, ensuring a positive and motivating work environment.

**Delivery Management**
- Manage relationships with carriers and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Negotiate and shop for delivery rates with various transportation providers.

Move Planning and Automation
- Actively participate in planning and coordinating the warehouse move planned in one year.
- Provide recommendations and contribute to the implementation of a warehouse process automation system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define future space and equipment needs.

**Skills and qualities sought**
- Proven experience in a warehouse.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Sage 300) - (an asset).
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading a team with participative leadership (an asset).
- Knowledge of safety practices and continuous improvement processes in the warehouse (an asset).

**Profile**:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse.
- Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bilinguisme (an asset).

Pay: $15.25-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
