From Saturday to Monday (3 days, full time: 12h shift from 6am to 6pm)

**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to supervise and coordinate the duties of the Warehouse employees. Also responsible of ensuring that all staff is achieving objectives set in place.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and supervise the duties related to shipping and receiving;
- Participate in the hiring process of Forklift Operators;
- Mobilize staff to achieve the objectives of productivity and quality of service;
- Ensure staff compliance with health & safety procedures and Good Warehousing & Distribution Practices;
- Maintain a good team spirit and work closely with other departments of the organization;
- Maintain an accurate and thorough inventory tracking;
- Work with production planning team to optimize inventory;
- Participate in the resolution of disputes with various departments.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 3 years or more of relevant experience in warehousing and/or supply chain field as a foreman;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a WMS environment (required);
- Exceptional management and communication skills;
- Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships;
- Leadership skills and sense of initiative;
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English and French required).

**Work Conditions**
- Shift time 06:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturday - Monday)
- Benefits and insurance plan after 3 months of employment (medical, dental, life insurance, paramedical services, etc.);
- 5 paid personal days;
- Refrigerated warehouse (-18C);
- Equipment to work in the cold fully supplied by the company.
