Warehouse & Distribution Center Supervisor

Browns est à la recherche d’un **Superviseur entrepôt** pour le quart du soir qui n’a pas peur des défis et qui est prêt à s’investir pour le succès de l’entreprise.

Le rôle du superviseur d’entrepôt est de s’assurer de bien coordonner les priorités de la journée en fonction du personnel disponible et de maintenir un environnement de travail propice au dépassement des objectifs. Il aura comme principale défis de s’assurer d’une transition fluide entre le quart de jour et le quart de soir.

**- Horaire Dimanche de 8h à 16h et du lundi au jeudi de 15h15 à 23h15.**

**Responsabilités**
- Assurer la transition des opérations du quart de jour vers le quart de soir
- Responsable de l’ensemble des équipes de travail de soir et de leur performance
- Responsable du suivi des indicateurs de performances pour le quart de soir
- Formation des employés sur le quart de soir
- Responsable du maintien d’un environnement propre
- Maintenir et assurer le respect des procédures de santé et de sécurité.
- Communication des besoins de main d’œuvre au gestionnaire du centre de distribution
- Transférer les informations sur les taches accomplis de soir au gestionnaire du centre de distribution

**Qualifications**
- Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en tant que superviseur
- Avoir travaillé avec un système de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS)
- Avoir travaillé avec un système automatisé (un atout)
- Familier avec l’utilisation d’équipements RF de type scanneur
- Licence de chariot élévateur (un atout)
- Expérience dans la formation de nouveaux employés
- Grand souci de la sécurité en milieu de travail
- Très bonnes aptitudes en communication
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) écrit et parlé (l'espagnol est un atout)
- Doit être disponible pour heures supplémentaire (au besoin)

Browns is looking for an evening shift **Warehouse Supervisor **who is not afraid of challenges and who is willing to invest in the success of the company. The warehouse supervisor’s role is to ensure proper coordination of the priorities of the day, depending on the staff available and maintain a work environment conducive to exceeding goals. The main challenge will be to ensure a smooth transition between the day and evening shift.
- **Schedule: Sunday 8:00AM to 4:00PM and Monday to Thursday 3:15PM to 11:15PM**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure a smooth transition from the day shift operations to the evening shift operations
- Responsible for all evening shift work teams and their performance
- Monitoring evening shift performance indicators
- Evening shift employee training
- Responsible of maintaining a clean work environment
- Maintain and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Communication liaison of the work force needs to the distribution center manager
- Transfer information of the evening task to the distribution center manager

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a supervisor
- Previous experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
- Previous experience with an automated system (an asset)
- Familiar with the use of scanner type RF equipment
- Lift truck license (an asset)
- Experience training new employees
- Strong attention to workplace safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken (Spanish is an asset)
- Need to be available for overtime (if needed)

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
