Pickering, Canada Generations Cleaning Full time

**Job Title**:Full-Time Commercial Cleaner (Distribution Center - Ajax).

**Rate of Pay**: $17.60 per hour.
**Expected Hours**:45 hours per week.
**Available Shifts**:

- Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm

**Scope of Work**:
**Warehouse - End of Line Duties**:

- Break down and flatten cardboard boxes from production line areas.
- Place flattened cardboard in designated recycling bins or pallets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cardboard staging areas.
- Sweep work area as needed to ensure debris-free floors.

**Office Areas**:

- Dust all horizontal surfaces including desks, shelves, and windowsills.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins; reline as required.
- Spot clean interior glass and walls as needed.
- Vacuum carpets and mats; damp mop any hard-surface flooring.
- Disinfect high-touch points such as door handles, light switches, and shared equipment.

**Washrooms**:

- Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and all touchpoints.
- Wipe down partitions, mirrors, counters, and dispensers.
- Refill paper products, hand soap, and sanitizer.
- Empty garbage bins and sanitary disposals; reline as needed.
- Mop floors using disinfectant solution.

**Lunchroom / Break Room**:

- Wipe and disinfect tables, chairs, countertops, and appliance surfaces (microwave, fridge exterior, etc.).
- Spot clean cupboard exteriors and backsplash.
- Empty garbage and recycling; reline bins.
- Sweep and mop floors.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with high attention to safety.
- Physically capable of handling repetitive tasks, including lifting and breaking down cardboard.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Minimum of 3 years commercial cleaning experience preferred.
