Goodcang currently operates multiple smart warehouses in Canada and is expanding rapidly. We are building a local talent pipeline to support our long-term growth.

Position: Warehouse Talent Trainee / Entry-Level Logistics Associate

**No experience required - recent graduates are welcome**

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in **rotational training** across different departments:

- **Inbound**: receiving, scanning, shelving
- **Picking**: order fulfillment, inventory handling
- **Packing**: labeling, wrapping, preparing for shipment
- Understand end-to-end warehouse operations
- Work as part of a collaborative team to meet operational goals
- Perform tasks efficiently, safely, and accurately

Language Requirement:

- **Mandarin speaking is required/preferred** (choose based on actual need)
