**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

**Who are we looking for?**
As a Store Associate/Branch Lead, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Pickering location. You will be our clients' primary point of contact when they come into the store to drop off their packages as well as to answer any of their questions.

**Responsibilities**:
This position will report directly to the Head of Operations of Stallion Express. This role will also work very closely with our customer service team and account executives.
- Ensure day-to-day operations adhere to all of Stallion's processes and protocols (some tasks include, but are not limited to, shipping and receiving, sorting, scanning, processing, organizing, loading/unloading, and providing customer service to walk-in clients).
- Ensure the team is adhering to all safety requirements.
- Perform some administrative duties.
- Promotes Stallion's culture and values within the team.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of related warehouse/store experience.
- Willing to accept full responsibility and accountability for branch operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusting and supportive relationships with team members.
- Must be trustworthy and reliable (you'll be running the show).
- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Decisive, assertive, and strong communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Must be proactive and comfortable helping out in all aspects of the operations when necessary.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
