What You’ll Do:

- Be the heartbeat of our brokerage—greeting clients, agents, and visitors with enthusiasm.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events like a pro.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and office organization effortlessly.
- Support the team with day-to-day operations, problem-solving, and proactive assistance.

**Compensation**:
$50,000 - $60,000

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities for the Elite Client Experience Coordinator**

The **Elite Services Coordinator** serves as the **operational backbone** of the brokerage, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions while delivering an elevated client and agent experience. This role requires an individual who excels in **process management, organizational efficiency, and high-touch customer service**. The following responsibilities define the core expectations of this role:
**Frontline Client & Agent Support**
- Serve as the **primary point of contact** for agents, clients, and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Facilitate a **high-touch client experience**, anticipating needs and proactively addressing concerns.

**Transaction & Listing Coordination**
- Assist agents with **transactional processes**, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately
- Coordinate **listing management**, including MLS input and broker loading
- Monitor and track **contract deadlines, compliance requirements, and brokerage policies** to ensure smooth transaction flow.

**Office Operations & Administrative Oversight**
- Maintain **brokerage efficiency** by overseeing office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization.
- Schedule and coordinate **meetings, training sessions, and company events**, ensuring seamless execution.
- Assist in **onboarding new agents**, providing them with essential tools, technology access, and procedural training.

**Technology & CRM Management**
- Manage and update **brokerage CRM systems**, ensuring accurate and up-to-date agent and client records.
- Support agents in navigating **brokerage technology platforms** (e.g., BrokerBay, Dotloop, Skyslope, MLS systems).
- Leverage automation and workflow tools to enhance **operational efficiency and communication**.

**Marketing & Communications Support**
- Distribute internal communications, ensuring agents remain informed of market updates, training opportunities, and company initiatives.

**Performance Expectations**:

- Maintain **exceptional attention to detail** and ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy.
- Demonstrate **strong time management skills**, effectively prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
