**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
**Clinic Operations**
- Maintain facility standards and ensure utmost compliance with the Axis Policies and safety standards
**Schedule Administration**
- Ensure all therapists scheduling is up-to-date and optimized throughout the week
- Manage client bookings and arrival times
- Ensure initial, cancelled, no showed, and wait-listed clients are contacted as necessary
- Accurately and precisely capture referral notes for new clients
**Bookkeeping**
- Ensure all billing, invoicing and claims have been submitted, are up-to-date and closed
- Reconcile payments when they arrive to the clinic and alert the Clinic Manager of any discrepancies or issues which may cause the clinic not to be paid for sessions
- Work with the Clinic Manager to follow up on any outstanding payments as necessary
- Respond to all medical request inquiries received at the clinic
- Complete all cash reconciliation and reporting processes at end of day/end of month
**WHO YOU ARE**
- 1+ years of experience working in customer service and/or hospitality
- Natural problem solver with exceptional communication skills
- Drive to work hard, take initiative, hustle and complete tasks to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
- Very strong attention to detail
- Highly efficient, resourceful and adaptable
- Very strong sales, troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Fun, energetic, and passionate for the fitness and healthcare industry
- Embodies the Axis vision, mission and values to deliver the Axis Experience
- Focused on the growth and development of the team as a whole
- Flexible to work days, evenings and/or weekend hours as needed
- Strong Punctuality and Attendance
- Social media/digital marketing experience considered an asset
- Excellent work ethic with strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Participate in community and business development initiatives
- Complies with Axis's corporate policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
COVID-19 considerations:
Medical grade masks and face shields are provided to all Staff. COVID screening and temperature checks are done for all clients and staff. Sensitization bottles in every room and high traffic areas. Facility is deep cleaned every hour.
