Talan Canada is growing and looking to strengthen its teams with Application Support Analysts for the Montréal office, able to work with clients in several industries. **_ Hybrid working schedule._** **Tasks** - Act as a point of contact (Level 2 and up) for end users regarding issues and upgrade requests. - Manage alerts for resolution and escalate issues - Diagnose and resolve technical issues in conjunction with the infrastructure and development teams - Prioritize and manage multiple issues at once - Identify, propose and implement improvements to allow for a more efficient use of resources You will work in various technical environments: - SQL and databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase) - Development language: Java, C#/.Net, C++, Python, Shell/Bash - Windows/Unix environments - On-Premises and Cloud architectures (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP), WebServices and API integration (REST) - Agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Now, Github / Gitlab) - ITIL processes. - A minimum of 2 years' experience in Application Support - Curious, good analytical, synthesis and organizational skills - Advanced technical skills on SQL and Unix in particular - Excellent oral communication and adaptation skills - Advanced level of English required **Joining Talan also means**: - Joining a group where **Innovation **is at the heart of our development, thanks in particular to our investments and **partnerships **around the most impactful technologies for our customers such as Big **Data**, the Internet of Things, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, Cloud solutions. - To join **dynamic teams**, where the **role of the employee is at the center of attention**, with the will to create spaces allowing each one to blossom, whether it is in his professional career or through social and environmental commitments. - Have the opportunity to access the group's various knowledge **communities**, share expertise, contribute to development, and innovate, all with a strong **team spirit** and entrepreneurship - Benefit from **competitive advantages on the market** **Talan is a great playground, it's up to you
