Parts and Warehouse Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Create system to itemize, catalogue, and set up location coding for current stock of parts, material, tools, PPE and uniforms
- Sort existing and incoming material for ongoing projects
- Maintain ongoing inventory records and re-order supplies as required
- Receive incoming deliveries from suppliers & alert project managers of material arrivals
- Order material for jobs as requested by project manager, account manager, or field technicians
- Establish relationships with suppliers and set up reference documents for frequently ordered components
- Load and unload company vehicles and deliver items to job sites as required
- Re-stock office supplies, janitorial supplies, PPE, and uniforms
- Set up job boxes with tools, health & safety items, and other equipment specific for long-term projects
- Supply & ensure compliance with health & safety forms and equipment for each job site
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work environment
- Monitor vehicle mileage and maintenance intervals for company fleet; set up service appointments when required
- Ensure company vehicles are equipped for daily use
- Keep a highly organized filing system both in office & digital versions on Google Drive
- Work with customers, employees, and leadership team to resolve complaints or concerns in a fast, positive, results-oriented fashion
- Adhere to assigned work schedules

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with clean record
- Knowledge of warehouse equipment (pallet truck, forklift, working at heights)
- Experience with parts, logistics, and/or similar trade industry is an asset
- Solid knowledge of basic computer skills, fast-typing for data entry, must be comfortable performing daily tasks via mobile phone, and desktop computer
- Familiar with cloud-based, mobile app software, mostly Google-based platforms
- Able to work well alone in a busy, task oriented environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a high level of detail, accuracy, professionalism and time sensitivity
- Must be strong in attention to detail and working with data / numbers
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new skills and participate in ongoing professional development
- Ability to take charge of assigned projects and deliver high quality work on time
- Works independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a larger team
- Must be approachable, enthusiastic and friendly with a good sense of humour, sensitive to customer needs, an active listener and able to communicate effectively
- Must be punctual, tidy, and exceptionally organized

**Salary**: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
