**ABOUT YOU**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Accurately fulfill customer orders by accurately picking products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled, packaged, and staged for pickup or delivery.
- Receive incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of items received, inspecting received goods for defects or damage, and ensuring they are properly documented in the inventory management system.
- Safely and efficiently store received products in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, to move and transport products as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and participate in cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including keeping aisles clear and following housekeeping procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**MUST HAVES**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move heavy objects, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems or software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
