Full-time, Live-in Superintendent Position for a Condominium

Looking for an experienced superintendent for a condominium building.

This position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to be proactive and able to complete repairs when necessary. We are looking for an honest and reliable person.

This position includes a 2-bedroom apartment with basic cable (part of bulk agreement) and 1 underground parking space.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Complete necessary on site repairs and maintenance
- Oversee any and all repairs and maintenance on site by contractors
- Communicate effectively with property manager, board of directors, residents and other staff members
- Deal with emergencies on site and be aware of policies and procedures to deal effectively with the emergencies.

LOCATION: Eglinton & Caledonia

SALARY: $30,000.00 per year + 2-Bedroom Unit

PAY DATE: By-weekly

HOURS: Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm and available for any afterhours emergencies, No weekends required (relief super)

Pay: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
