**Duties**
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly manner and visitors upon arrival.
- Manage phone calls using phone systems, addressing inquiries or redirecting calls to a manager.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing documents, managing records, and ensuring that all client information is accurately entered into our computerized systems.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record-keeping as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a professional environment.
- Assist in carrying packages to shelves.

**Requirements**:

- Previous front desk or administrative experience (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service-oriented and friendly personality
- Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, basic database systems)
- Willing to put in the effort.

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
