**Position Available: Counter Sales Team member**

We are looking for a reliable, efficient, organized, and responsible person to help with the counter sales.

As a member, we will provide you with stable hours for you to learn, train, grow and promote in our organization. We listen and understand your thoughts and opinions. We want you to succeed here and in your life. We want to build this organization with you. We want to know you and be a part of your life. We are not looking for a worker, we are looking for a team member.

Like everyone, you will begin your journey with us from the warehouse. In the warehouse, you will learn about the fundamentals of our operation that will support the counters sales. You will learn about receiving, shipping, and more importantly production locations. In approximately 3 months or less, you will be put in job shadowing with a senior person and slowly make your way to help customers independently.

**What you will be doing**:
Take initiative and provide acknowledgement when customers first walk in the door
- Help customers in getting what they need
- Learn, understand, and introduce new and/or existing products to customers
- Learn about the customers’ business and buying habits
- Restocking and refilling
- Answering customer's phone calls
- Complete checking, receiving and labelling.
- Picking items for inter-branch.
- Packaging items for customers.
- Unloading with Forklift and other equipment (No forklift experience is required, will train)
- Refilling shelves after items have been received.
- Investigating products and issues.
- Helping customers and team members in locating and putting items.
- Cutting, threading material and placing back on the shelves.
- Communicate to the appropriate person/persons when receiving has been issued or the location of items has been changed.
- Assist your colleague in any way when requested.

**What we are looking for**

**. Someone who can work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm**
- **ON TIME and RESPONSIBLE.**
- **ATTENTION TO DETAIL.**
- **Curious about hardware and industrial products.**

**. Work Environmental awareness.**
- Interest in construction, renovation, electrical, plumbing or etc.
- Enjoy organizing and fixing.
- Willing to ask questions and learn.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 36 kg (80 lbs.) with the assistance of equipment
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, polite and friendly
- Trustworthy, honest and dependable
- Take initiative
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English is required, and Cantonese and Mandarin are assets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
