**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to maintain cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Implement and maintain effective accounting policies and procedures using accounting software such as Sage or Xero.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role within finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, budgeting, payroll management, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Xero) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
