**Summary**

We are seeking an Estimator/Project Manger to join our team at Across Canada Construction. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the estimating process for our diverse range of projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in our bids while contributing to our reputation for excellence in the construction industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required resources.
- Develop pricing strategies that align with company goals and market conditions.
- Utilize estimating software such as Bluebeam to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust estimating practices accordingly.
- Prepare takeoffs, material/labour pricing, and cost summaries.
- Request and review subcontractor/supplier quotations.
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.
- Maintain and update estimating databases and unit pricing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating and Project Management.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam is preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Pay: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
