Position: Project Manager / Estimator - Construction Industry

Industry Focus: Water & Fire Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Asbestos Abatement, Biohazard Cleanup, Emergency Mitigation

Job Overview:

Seeking a dedicated Project Manager / Estimator to join a leading company in the restoration and emergency services sector. This role demands precision, leadership, and a commitment to delivering projects that meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Management: Spearhead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications for timely, cost-effective delivery.

Technical Proficiency: Interpret blueprints, create detailed project scopes, and provide clear instructions to construction teams.

Quality & Compliance Oversight: Monitor construction activities regularly to ensure adherence to safety standards and building regulations.

Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining continuous communication and building strong relationships.

Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks effectively.

Contractual & Regulatory Compliance: Draft, negotiate contracts, and manage licensing and permitting processes.

Business Development: Generate new business leads and maintain profitable industry relationships.

Financial & Operational Management: Oversee budgeting, quality control reports, and daily work/purchase orders.

Event Participation: Represent the organization at business functions and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience with Xactimate is mandatory.

Relevant Construction Background: Demonstrated experience in emergency response and rebuild projects (Flood/Fire/Wind/Mold).

Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of building materials, construction products, regulations, and quality standards.

Skills: Strong capabilities in sales, leadership, negotiation, time management, and project management.

Multitasking Ability: Effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
