Manufacturing Receptionist/accounting Clerk

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
This position requires a hardworking, detail-oriented applicant with RECEPTIONIST, DATA ENTRY AND ACCOUNTING/CLERICAL EXPERIENCE
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintain telecommunications system by following manufacturer’s instructions
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communication actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Responsible for maintaining accounting records by making copies; filing documents
- Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities
- Resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures and returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
- Entering customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information by keyboard or optical scanner
- Verifying account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from various accounting systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
- Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting within the accounts payable/accounts receivable department
- As well as other functions and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Controller and CFO.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, professionalism, organization, typing, Data entry skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness, decision making, analyzing information, communication skills, dependability and strong MS word and MS excel skills.
