This role is responsible for fully understanding the needs of the customer, while owning the entire product management lifecycle and defining product roadmap. We are looking for an inquisitive and self-motivated person that can thrive in a high growth environment reporting to the Director of Product. This position will be located in Vancouver. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities**: - Own the execution of Identity Verification (IDV) product enhancements - Work closely with Product Managers, UX and Engineering to define, build requirements and drive execution and post GA support. - Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines - Participate with QA in post launch activities - UAT/Smoke Test - Create Internal release collaterals to showcase product enhancements and features. Release collaterals include - knowledge-based articles, documentation on release and videos to ensure successful adoption of your product internally and externally. - Groom and manage your product backlog - Provide input to the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers - Work at all levels of the release process: Design, Engineering, QA and Marketing **Key/Technical Skills**: - People person - Impress and take initiative collaborating across X-functional teams - A self-starter mentality and eager to learn and bring a curious mindset - Understanding of APIs and JSON - Proficiency in the English language with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must - Follow through and drive a must **Education and Experience**: - BSc degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent level of technical experience and skills - Experience as an Associate PM/Business Analyst in a software company **It's a bonus if you have**: - Experience with identity verification products - Experience working with vendors and operations. - MBA or Masters degree equivalent Hear from the Trulioo Product team about advancing your career by clicking here **Working at Trulioo** **You will be challenged to achieve, develop, and grow as part of a hyper-growth company.**: **We offer you the opportunity to make a difference and create a better world by revolutionizing how technology, trust, and identity intersect online.
