about this team

This function supports our internal Product Creation, Merchandising & Planning teams in creating & optimizing system workflows to enable their business processes. We work to unlock new business capabilities ultimately helping lululemon live into our global growth strategies.

a day in the life of an Associate Product Manager

Delivery & Execution
- Help to develop detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
- Engage in User Acceptance Testing of new features and functionality
- Help to create and deliver content for end user training
- Learn and follow principles of agile development

Collaboration & Communication
- Work with the product team to gather requirements for upcoming feature development
- Conduct end user interviews to gather feedback and propose future enhancements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field
- 0-2 years minimum work experience in a related disciple - Retail, Supply Chain, or Operations
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly
- Interest in working collaboratively and building relationships with cross functional partners
- Effective communication, and presentation skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Self-directed problem solver, proactive and resourceful
