As the People and Culture (P&C) Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the employee life cycle, including supporting recruitment, coordination of onboarding of new hires, transfers, departures and partnering with other team members and departments to ensure that we are providing a fulfilled people experience to our talent. Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, you will represent the media agencies that you are supporting as well as the People Team internally and externally, exemplifying our values in all interactions.

**Your Impact**

As part of the People Operations team, you will be the main point of contact for general employee questions regarding company policy and procedures related to Human Resources and Talent, while also directing employees to the appropriate teams if needed. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate and engage in projects, programs and initiatives related to:

- Learning & Development
- Talent Acquisition
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellness
- Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
- Implementation of various systems

Communicating and engaging employees is what you enjoy doing, and you do not shy away from continuously learning, asking questions and challenging the status quo.

**What you bring**:

- At least 1 year experience within Human Resources, Recruitment and/or related field.
- Strong client service skills
- Ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently
- Establish and maintain relationships interdepartmentally as well as with those outside the team
- Positive energy and curiosity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfort level with learning new systems and exploring new technology
- Working towards your HR Designation and/or relevant education in HR
- HR Designation is an asset
- Experience working with HRIS is an asset
