**Responsibilities**
**Tasks**
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an assistant manager of a fast food chain franchise
- Experience supervising staffs
- Strong food handling and safety knowledge
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food service operations
- Background in the food industry, demonstrating effective kitchen experience
- Ability to serve customers with a focus on quality and satisfaction
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
