**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Oversee the kitchen staff, ensuring that food preparation meets quality standards and is executed efficiently.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, customer service expectations, and POS systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and enhance overall dining experience.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu specials and ensure timely food service.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
