**R**estaurant/Pub Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Serve customer tables with good service skills.
- Assist the manager to manage and execute all aspects of the front of house, training, performance management, recognition and development.
- Help employees to build strong teamwork and maintain an accurate plan of staffing needs.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant.
- Management of controllable costs: Food, beverage, labour and QC prom line.
- Ensure operational and occupational health and safety standards in place in every shift.
- Assist the Manager with all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Other duties as required

**Skills Required**:

- At least 3 years restaurant server/bartender experience in BC
- Must 1 year supervisor experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Be able to direct, coach, and supervise a team with customer service skills.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Be able to work with mínimal supervision and have a strong initiative.
- Be able to work efficiently in flexible hours during the day, evening, weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.25 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Tips

**Experience**:

- BC's restaurant / pub supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
