Sales Development Representative
The Opportunity:
**Some of the exciting things you will be responsible for**:
**Lead Conversion & Qualification**:
- Convert and qualify leads from marketing campaigns into viable sales opportunities.
- Promptly research leads as they enter the sales funnel discerning their specific unique needs or the problem they’re trying to solve and determine the next steps.
- Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting, identifying decision-makers in desired industries or roles.
- Enhance corporate acquisition strategies by crafting personalized outreach strategies to maximize engagement and response rates.
**Discovery & Inside Selling**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and sales team members ensuring a seamless handoff.
- For opportunities that can be quoted by the Sales Development Representative, ensure all quotations are completed consistent with approved pricing.
- Processes orders for fulfillment following order entry procedures.
- Track order status and inform sales representatives and end customers as appropriate.
**Data-Driven Relationship Building & Knowledge Management**:
- Use data analytics to understand prospect needs better and drive higher quality customer relationships.
- Keep abreast of the company's offerings and value propositions, continuously refining outreach based on data insights.
- Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities in the market.
**Reporting & Feedback**:
- Deliver monthly prospect and account performance results and metrics to Sales Management.
- Provide actionable feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality, sales funnel effectiveness, and outreach strategies based on first-hand interactions.

What you will bring:

- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or has equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools, with a preference for those familiar with HubSpot, Dynamics or Salesforce.
- A self-starter, consistently aiming for personal and professional growth.
- Desires to be an integral part of a team that's passionate about learning, knowledge-sharing, and achieving the company's overarching vision.
- Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
