It is led by a Project Director and includes two senior analysts/lead managers (RO27) focused on research and reporting initiatives, along with three analysts/managers (RO24) dedicated to research and writing. In the production of PHO reports, the team actively works to support the Office of the PHO’s commitment to upholding Indigenous rights, anti-racist approaches and truth and reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples (First Nations, Métis and Inuit). **The Role** **Qualifications**: **Education and Experience Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in a related field of research and/or writing and 1 year **related experience** **OR**; - Diploma in a discipline related to the field of research and/or writing and 2 years **related experience** **OR**; - An equivalent combination of education and 3 years **related experience **may be considered. - **Note **Examples of related field of research and/or writing: Public Health, Public Administration, Health Administration, Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, Journalism, Writing, Communication, Political Sciences, and Gender Studies. - **Related experience must include in each of the following**: - Experience conducting research and analysis of issues to support the development of policy or the evaluation of programs. - Experience writing and editing a wide variety of materials. - Experience organizing and coordinating projects or project components. - Experience providing secretariat support for multi-stakeholder committees. **Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following**: - Experience working with Indigenous communities or organizations. - Applicants who self-identify as First Nations, Métis or Inuit with the required combination of education and experience. **About this Position**: An eligibility list may be established.
