- **Responsible for participating in and** **providing quotes for the end-to-end process of customs clearance, container** **pickup and delivery, warehousing, and dispatch related to FBA operations.**
- **Train, supervise and work alongside fellow** **freight coordinators, proactively reviewing and suggesting improvements.**
- **Handling full set of Ocean Import operation documents**, **including data entry, booking follow-up**
- **Monitor the department’s performance, and prepare reports for senior** **management.**
- **Plan, organize, control and evaluate daily Operations.**
- **Quoting and coordinating shipments of all modes of transport (Ocean, Courier and Intermodal Service).**
- **Office administration such as invoicing, expensing and organizing/planning set of payments.**
- **Customer Service responsibilities include maintaining** **communication with vendor, shipper, customer, carrier and company offices** **throughout the process.**

**Requirements**:

- **At least two year's logistics/freight forwarding experience**
- **At least one year of Amazon or FBA-related work experience *Required**
- **CCS or CSCP certificate as an asset**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
- **Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to multitask**
- **Ability to organize and prioritize down to the fine details**
- **Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite**
- **Mandarin and English fluency**
- **Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment**
- **Willing and eager to learn**
- **Ability to work within a team environment**
- **Strong problem-solving abilities**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
