**Responsibilities**:

- Proform freight forwarding tasks on a daily basis
- Assist the import/export operation (air, ocean, freight, and sales), and ensure accurate processing of paperwork to minimize errors.
- Provide excellence in customer service and the first place of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints.
- Special attention to key assigned accounts.
- Complete accurate monthly reports as requested by management and customers.
- Provide shipment information for import/export customers and support the sales department in negotiating rates and quotes for services.
- Maintain accurate filing system(s), update/input details of shipments in the system and ensure accuracy for billing.
- Coordinate shipments and send pre-alert notices to customers and related departments as required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of freight forwarding experiences
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business operations, logistics, mathematics, or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to multitask
- Ability to organize and prioritize down to the fine details
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document creation software such as Adobe Acrobat
- Mandarin and English fluency
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willing and eager to learn
- Professional communication demeanour
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
