**AAIP Employer Outreach Specialist (Commission Only)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to Alberta-based employers and build relationships to secure job opportunities for clients participating in the AAIP.
- Educate and inform employers about the benefits of the AAIP and how they can support immigration efforts by hiring foreign workers.
- Maintain and grow a network of employer contacts to match with clients seeking job offers that lead to permanent residency.
- Work closely with the immigration consulting team to understand client needs and align them with suitable employment opportunities.
- Meet or exceed outreach and sales targets, directly influencing your commission-based earnings.
- Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records of employer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Sales experience, preferably in recruitment, immigration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employers.
- Knowledge of the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) is an asset but not required—training will be provided.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Compensation**:

- This is a **commission-only** position. Earnings are based on the number of eligible employers successfully recruited into the AAIP program.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $18.40-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
