We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Representative/Outreach Specialist to bridge our connection with cannabis retailers, ensuring exceptional service and streamlined communication.

**Role Summary**

The Customer Representative/Outreach Specialist will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners. This is a part-time position requiring 1-2 days per week, making it ideal for someone looking to work flexible hours. This position involves calling cannabis retail stores, managing inquiries, sending product samples, and maintaining consistent follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**

Retail Outreach: Conduct outreach calls to cannabis stores to introduce our products, answer questions, and provide general support.

Sample Management: Coordinate the sending of product samples to retailers and follow up to gather feedback, answer questions, and build interest in product orders.

Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to retailers who have received samples to gauge satisfaction, offer additional support, and establish future orders.

Data Tracking: Maintain a record of all interactions with retailers, track sample deliveries, and manage follow-up schedules to ensure consistent engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns and gather valuable insights from retailer feedback.

**Qualifications**

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or outreach, preferably within the cannabis or related industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone.

Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing outreach schedules, sample shipments, and follow-up activities.

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Flexible and able to respond to the dynamic needs of the cannabis industry and our retail partners.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software for tracking customer interactions is a plus.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
