Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory
- Weld and fabricate as needed
- Supervise contractors when necessary

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic electrical knowledge is preferred
- Leadership skills to effectively supervise contractors and other team members
