The Client Success Coordinator is the individual that will engage with our listed companies and other stakeholders at our facilities and lead our market open and close ceremonies and client recognition events. They will provide an excellent client experience to all clients and patrons visiting our facility, while fulfilling critical operational, and administrative roles. It is important that this individual represents our brand while providing a warm and professional reception to all guests.

The individual is a member of the Company Services and Global Client team in the Capital Formation business unit. They will report to the Managing Director, TSX and TSX Venture Company Services and will work very closely with the Market Centre team with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Manager, TMX Market Centre. The role is very collaborative, working together with all partners to execute other client events while supporting client relationships. The individual will assist in the delivery of business solutions and resources to support the ongoing success of our clients.

Note: This is an onsite role (work from home is permitted depending on event schedule) located at the TMX Market Centre at the base of our global headquarters in Toronto’s financial district.

Key Accountabilities:

- Key Capital Formation contact representing the team in coordinating events in the Market Centre, and a main point of contact for our C-Suite Video Series, Market Open/Close Client Recognition, and New Listed Video Series
- Support all education and mentorship events that the Client Success team runs across the Country
- Foster relationships with vendors and partners; support client outreach across all digital media channels - includes live and virtual events and conferences
- Responding to inquiries and request for support from the broader Capital Formation team
- Provide on-site supervision of client events and engage with clients to gather their event details to ensure a flawless experience
- Coordinate the event booking process by collaborating with the Market Centre, Marketing and Global Client teams
- Organize and prioritize other events that facilitate the interaction between issuers and investors
- Manage Salesforce CRM contacts and analyze and utilize issuer data to build outreach campaigns
- Assess event support staffing requirements for client events and engage appropriate internal staff and external suppliers required for each client event.

Must haves:

- Postsecondary education in Business/Commerce, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Events, or Radio and TV production
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an event coordination, production or client facing role
- Detail oriented and proven track record to keep organized while running several projects at once
- Proven experience interacting with both internal and external partners, including c-suite executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional and polished demeanour
- An outgoing personality, creative out-of-the-box thinker with a proactive approach
- Proficiency with the Google Suite of products and MS Office

Nice to haves:

- Solid understanding of Salesforce or other CRM software; Video and/or film production
- Previous experience within the Capital Markets and or Financial Industry
