London, Canada All Terrain Property Maintenance Full time

We are seeking and enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team to cover a maternity leave. This contract position will end Sept. 3rd, 2025. As an assistant you will contribute to supporting various day-to-day tasks of our landscape, snow removal + trucking companies. This role offers flexible hours, the potential for group benefits and team building experiences, opportunity to gain valuable experience in the landscape industry.

Duties include:

- Maintaining Cleanliness of Offices, Yard + Shop:

- Cleaning - vacuum, dusting, moping, sanitizing, garbage disposal for the offices, washrooms, + kitchenettes.
- Outdoor grounds maintenance around the yard such as hanging signs, organizing inside shipping containers and maintaining yard cleanliness.
- Receiving Deliveries:

- Unpacking groceries, restocking supplies, unboxing and organizing uniform shipments.
- Errands:

- Sending shipments, picking up mail, dropping off goods for service, picking up promotional items, cutting keys, delivering items to field and/or shop staff.
- Participate in hiring effort by placing flyers in coffee shops or bulletin boards and outreach to rural areas.
- Assist:

- Help with the setting up and tearing down job fairs, promotional staff events and organizing holiday gifts.
- Support health + safety by completing inspections and replenishing first aid kits throughout the fleet.
- Be of service to our management team by supporting their administrative duties.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract required for use of company vehicle.

Other:

- This is a part time position 18-22 hours/week with room for growth.
- Flexible schedule to be agreed upon at time of hire. Saturdays are required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 32 weeks

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
