We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Payroll and Benefits Administrator** to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with another Payroll and Benefits Administrator to ensure seamless payroll operations and benefits administration across multiple regions, including Canada, the US, the UK, and France. This is a pivotal position in ensuring our employees are supported with accurate payroll and competitive benefits globally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Administration**
- Process payroll for employees in the UK and France, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Serve as a backup for payroll processing in the US and Canada.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and address employee payroll inquiries promptly.
- Reconcile payroll reports and ensure proper reporting to authorities in each region.
- Oversee payroll operations with Employer of Record (EOR) providers.
**Benefits Administration**
- Oversee benefits programs across the UK, and France, including health insurance, pensions, and other employee offerings.
- Serve as a backup for the benefits program in the US and Canada.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local benefit regulations in each country.
- Coordinate with benefit providers and brokers to review and optimize plans.
- Support the annual benefits renewal and enrollment processes in all regions.
**General**
- Stay updated on local payroll and benefit regulations in all regions and adapt processes as required.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and external vendors to enhance payroll and benefit operations.
- Support audits and reporting related to payroll and benefits.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a global context.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes for at least two of the following regions: UK, France, US, or Canada.
- Familiarity with benefits management across multiple countries.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Written and Oral English and French (The position requires regular interaction with employees, colleagues, and suppliers based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is an asset.
- Member of the national payroll institute is an asset
- Knowledge of labor laws in the UK, France, US, and Canada is a plus.
