**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Process, Administer and manage employee Bi weekly payroll
- Reconcile payroll accounts
- manage payroll systems and resolve discrepancies in pays and deductions
- manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding Payroll and benefits inquiries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems
- Collaborate with the HR team to communicate benefits information effectively to employees.
- Analyze benefits data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues related to benefits.

**Skills**
- Strong Knowledge of federal and provincial payroll laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Ceridian, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Workday, Dayforce, Kronos, and ADP is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in Both English and French, to effectively convey information regarding benefits programs.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in employee relations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- CERTIFIED IN PAYROLL AN ASSET

Pay: $56,275.00-$70,000.00 per year
