We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Technician to join our team and support our medical imaging systems and technology infrastructure.

Job Overview: The Help Desk Technician will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to medical imaging equipment and IT systems. You will provide essential technical support for our imaging technologies, ensuring that the systems remain operational and efficient. This position will provide critical on-site support for our imaging technologies, including PACS, DICOM, and imaging devices such as X-ray and US systems. The role is 100% onsite, with no remote work options available. The technician will report directly to the IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to imaging devices and IT infrastructure.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of imaging equipment and related software.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of medical imaging systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Document and track technical issues using the help desk management system. - Provide on-demand support to users and staff, including diagnosing and resolving issues remotely or onsite.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve processes and technology solutions. - Ensure compliance with security and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

Qualifications:

- Experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare or medical imaging environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT troubleshooting, hardware, and software management.
- Familiarity with medical imaging systems (PACS, DICOM, X-ray, US) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
