**Job Title: Sales Consultant**

**Job Status: Full-Time**

Established in 1998, Pepper Wireless is a Fido exclusive dealer with 12 convenient locations across the Lower Mainland. We are now looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our retail sales team. Full time and part time job opportunities are available in our Vancouver location.

Sales Consultant is expected to promote cellular sales, accessory sales and other add on items, provide superior customer service, and handle any customer inquiries in a courteous manner. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and other organizational metrics
- Determine the needs of our customers through qualification and offering a customized solution
- Attend to all customer escalations with satisfactory resolutions
- Learn and keep up to date product knowledge and industry trends
- Maintain merchandising in accordance to standards set by Fido
- Ensure processing accuracies by following established systems and processes
- Handle cash or credit card transactions and conduct daily reconciliation
- Minimize security risks by ensuring a tight control over inventory and other company assets

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Above average oral communication skills required to interact and serve customers. English is a must. Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
- Team player and have the ability to meet sales targets on a consistent basis
- An Active Listener who seeks to understand the needs of our customers
- An outgoing personality who enjoys lots of human interactions

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
