Full Cycle Bookkeeper

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Full Cycle Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you’ll be reporting to the CEO and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, invoicing, managing payroll, handling government remittances, and reconciliation reports. In this role, you’ll work independently about 80% of the time, taking ownership of day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy across the full cycle. You’ll also collaborate with our management team and administrative staff to support reporting, planning, and process improvements. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, invoicing, and general ledger maintenance
- Process payroll and related remittances
- Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete monthly and year-end reconciliations
- Prepare and remit HST, WSIB, EHT, and other government filings
- Conduct month-end tasks (bank statements, visa reconciliations, etc.)
- Support year-end reporting and audit preparation
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain professional communication with clients
- Produce financial statements and reports for management
- Handle cash and cheques in a secure manner
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Teams
- Post-secondary education in bookkeeping or a related field preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Satisfactory references and background check required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
