Marketing Coordinator

Cubicle Fugitive is looking for a passionate and talented marketer that plays well with others and wants to join our talented strategy team. You will be an instrumental part of our team and will work with colleagues and clients on a wide variety of projects including advertising coordination, marketing research and planning, website coordination, copywriting, social media and PR, keyword research, brand development, print coordination, and more. **What the job entails**:
If you’re a motivated, entHusiastic, self-starter with a passion and aptitude for all things business and marketing, we encourage you to apply. In this role you will:

- Assist our marketing, development, and design teams by keeping them on track with client deadlines, implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, communicating with clients, coordinating deliverables and assets for website and marketing projects, preparing status reports on marketing efforts, and assIsting in drafting client proposals.
- Perform client research for brand and marketing plans, website briefs, content strategies, and digital marketing efforts including research and analysis of maRkets, competitors, content, brands, website traffic, and keywords.
- Work with the design and marketing team to coordinate production, image sourcing, compiling print and/or advertising specifications, putting print jobs out to quote and coordinating delivery, proofreading materials, and tracking receipt and quality of print samples.
- Assist with client and firm communications including performing initial research, drafting copy, posting nEws and website updates, and promoting content and events on social media.
- Maintain, update, and monitor social media accounts for our clients, as well as input client approved website content to content management systeMs, ensuring accuracy and correct inter-linkages.
- Respond and deliver on client and internal requests in a service-oriented manner. Foster a good working relationship with clients through direct contact and in support of client needs.
- Travel occasionally for client meetings and conferences.
- You have a thoughtful approach to everything you do and an appreciation and love of design.

**We’re looking for a collaborative and active team player who**:

- A post-secondary degree/diploma in Business or Marketing.
- Experienced at coordinating multiple projects while adhering to timelines, keeping everyone on schedule, and demonstrating keen attention to detail.
- A strong writer with a demonstrated ability to produce clear, grammatically correct, and concise written correspondence for reports, marketing plans, and other business communications. You’re also proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- A “can do” attitude and a strong desire to learn from and share with the people you work with.
- The ability to gel with our team. We are looking for someone who is down-to-earth, driven, creative, has a positive attitude and a good sense of humour.

You'll have an advantage over the others if you have:

- Experience working in advertising, communications, journalism, or research.
- Experience with legal and/or professional client service sectors.
- Experience coordinating or managing website projects (we build in WordPress and on the Sitefinity platform).
- Experience with brand strategy or advertising campaign development.
- Experience developing and/or editing written copy and content.
