Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated **Marketing Coordinator** for a full-time **6-month contract** position at our Hamilton office. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the **Marketing Coordinator** will play a vital role in supporting the design, marketing, and communications efforts of Ackroo. This is a junior role, ideal for a creative, energetic, and driven individual eager to assist with various tasks under guidance. Hybrid work, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits are offered to support your health and wellness. **What you'll do**: - Brand & Content Strategy: Support and evolve Ackroo's brand identity, content strategy, and creative production process. Rebrand or redesign existing materials as needed. - Website Maintenance: Prepare graphics, create new pages, update content, and troubleshoot user experience and design issues on Ackroo's website. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines and business objectives. - Design client gift cards, loyalty assets, keytags and other designs in collaboration with the support and client success teams. - Project Coordination: Manage projects, including coordinating deliverables, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high quality standards - Administrative Support: Assist with various marketing and sales related tasks and projects, streamlining processing in order to drive efficiency and collaboration.
