Tomlinson is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator.

**Location**: 100 Citigate Drive, Ottawa

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Contract Administrator must be confident and assertive in interacting and working closely with many people in the following internal and external roles:
Internal:

- Estimation Staff
- Accounting Staff
- Project Management Staff

External:

- General Contractors
- Owners
- Developers
- Consultants/Engineers
- Subcontractors

The Contract Administrator produces the following documentation with information gathered from and verified among the contacts listed above, as well as using other internal reporting and resources:

- Field quantity measurements/memos
- Monthly progress invoicing
- Time and Material submissions (preparation of which requires determination and inclusion of pricing and/or related time/equipment costs not reflected in site generated records)
- Change order submissions and billing
- Various calculations/submissions for special municipal and provincial contract conditions (e.g. AC adjustment, Bid AC adjustment, Fuel adjustment, etc.).
- Miscellaneous required contractual submissions (e.g. Statutory Declarations, WSIB, Holdback reminders/invoices, etc.)
- Subcontractor payment certificates
- Contract setups and amendments
- Annual contract price adjustments
- Monthly billing summaries/reports

The Contract Administrator is required to actively participate in the following group reviews/meetings:

- Monthly job costing/financial review
- Contract reviews
- Accounts Receivable review/support
- Accounts Payable review/support

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Education in Civil Engineering, Business Administration and/or Accounting/Finance
- 2-3 years relevant work experience, specifically in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel
- Experience with Textura, Procor, Coupa and SAP ARIBA considered an asset
