Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in North Bay. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing the kitchen and staff, and maintaining overall efficiency and profitability of the establishment.

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is required
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proven leadership abilities in managing a team effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
