At this point in time, are are seeking an individual on a contracted basis to assist with sick and vacation coverage at all our 4 island clinics (Sooke, Westshore and Gordonhead areas). In addition to this float coverage, we can also provide approximately 8 hours per week of remote work.

Reception duties and responsibilities include:

- greeting clients, processing payments, and direct billing to extended benefit plans.
- answering phones and booking clients, which will require a good understanding of the types of services we offer.
- online booking verifications
- general clinic maintenance, such as laundry and room cleaning.

This will be an independent contractor position. You will be required to produce monthly invoices for payment.

Compensation: $18.00 hour, plus travel time and mileage (0.70 km) plus 8% in lieu of benefits/vacation/sick pay.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 37.5 per week
