Job Opportunity: Medical Aesthetics Receptionist

Position: Medical Aesthetics Receptionist
Location: Mediskin, Victoria
Schedule: 9-5 dly with overtime

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our services and treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with our talented team to deliver exceptional patient experiences

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Bubbly and outgoing personality, with a genuine passion for the medical aesthetics industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred, but not required
