If you are the type of person who loves the outdoors, is physically fit, and is well-adapted to extreme work environments and challenges we would like you to become part of our team. We provide Drilling and Completions services across Western Canada within the unique oil and gas work environments.
**Qualifications and Capabilities**
- Lead, demonstrate and encourage a positive safety culture, where safety is integral to every task.
- Conducts themselves in a professional and cooperative manner
- Ability to adapt and effectively respond to critical emergency situations
- Ability to understand and communicate clearly in English (oral and written)
- Possess strong leadership, team player, and self-starter skills with the ability to learn and teach new proficiencies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to travel for extended periods of time on an ongoing basis
**Credentials and Work Experience**
- H2S Alive
- Standard First Aid + CPR
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
- Class 5 Drive License w/Clean Abstract
- Previous Experience Preferred
**Job Scope**
- Rotational Shiftwork, minimum 12hrs daily
- Accommodations provided

**Personal Characteristics**

- Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness; ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary
